Abstract:

Do you really know how parents feel about your services? Do you know how much they value your services and support? Are you really creating and adapting your program to meet their needs? The “My View on Services” (Young, Gascon-Ramos, Campbel and Bamford) evaluation tool was adapted by CHOICES for Parents to collect data, rather than base programmatic change solely on anecdotal feedback from parents. Results of this evaluation tool will be shared with attendees including how it was adapted, distributed and the results implemented.
